Nurturing Holistic Growth
Our transitional housing program provides a safe, structured living environment for men impacted by economic displacement, incarceration, and homelessness. We focus on community, accountability, and individualized success plans to support residents in their journey towards stability and purpose.
Through our 'Learn-and-Earn' apprenticeship program, residents receive paid, hands-on training in property rehabilitation, maintenance, and construction. This not only equips them with valuable skills but also contributes to real, generational assets. We also offer certifications in trade skills and holistic support for their overall well-being.
We provide life coaching, mental health counseling, trauma-informed care, financial literacy, and job placement assistance. Our aim is to empower individuals with the tools and support they need to transition into independent living, breaking the cycle of crisis and paving the way for a brighter future.
Our Mission

Our Mission
Epiphany Venture Partners is committed to transforming the lives of Newark’s vulnerable population by providing safe, intentional housing environments they would otherwise be deprived of. Through a structured 12-month residential program, we deliver the stability, skill-building, and personal development necessary for lasting transformation.
Our Target
We serve individuals who are:
-
Experiencing housing instability or homelessness
-
Re-entering society from incarceration or system involvement
-
Disconnected from employment and positive social networks
Why Newark?
-
Nearly 50% of Newark renters are housing cost-burdened
-
Chronic homelessness remains among the highest in NJ
-
Vulnerable individuals are often surrounded by networks aligned with past trauma and behavior cycles
We believe in creating a temporary separation—an intermission that allows for healing, structure, and the building of a new future!
